Welcome to our three bedroom top floor apartment with lift access in the town centre. The property boasts lots of natural light along with french windows leading out onto the roof terrace which boast views across Cheltenham and out towards Cleeve Hill. The large spacious and modern fitted kitchen hosts integrated electric appliances inc fridge-freezer, washing machine, oven, dishwasher and is fully equipped with everything you should need throughout your stay. The master bedroom accommodates a double bed, along with an ensuite shower room. The other bedrooms accommodate a room with one double bed and another with two single beds. There is also a main bathroom that has a shower over the bath. Wi-Fi is complimentary and available to use throughout your stay, along with a secure on site parking space for one vehicle. PLEASE NOTE: A copy of ID (driving licence/passport) and a signed copy of our terms and conditions, is required prior to arrival before check-in details can be released. This will need to be uploaded via our online portal which you will receive a link for shortly after booking.

Neighbourhood information

We are situated a short walk from the town centre and Cheltenham's iconic Promenade and Montpellier district. This property is a great base to explore Cheltenham and the surrounding towns and Cotswolds. It is also a great place for business guests as it offers Wi-Fi, a parking space and easy access to Cheltenham and the surrounding areas. There are bus stops in the town centre, a short walk from the apartment. On foot you can easily access the High St, Promenade and Montpellier area of Cheltenham and similarly you can reach Pittville and the Racecourse if you wish to walk a little further.
